Section Editor, 2012-2013

Worked on the launch team of MSN News as a wire editor, selecting, editing, formatting and posting stories to the site. Followed breaking daily news while working alongside other Microsoft editors, writers, video and photo editors. Focused on the Science & Technology and Pop Culture sections.

Developed, launched and edited Discover, a community magazine in 15 city and suburban markets. Wrote for other special sections such as CareerBuilder, Ultimate Address (real estate), Prime Time (senior lifestyles) and Education Today. Worked with national advertisers on custom sections.
